At Beyondrugs, we want you to love your new foundation for your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unused condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully roll the rug and secure it in its original protective plastic packaging or equivalent heavy-duty wrap to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print your prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of the package, ensuring all old labels are covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned rug, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
